Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

  • During new collection launches or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Time:

  • Standard delivery: 5–14 business days depending on your location..

Shipping Rates:

  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on your amount spend.

  • Orders over $500 get free shipping

  • Standard Shipping is $15

International Shipping:

  • We proudly ship worldwide.

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.


2. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Elevolve purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

Eligibility:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sale items or discounted products

  • Gift cards

  • Worn, washed, or damaged clothing

How to Start a Return:

  • Email us at support@elevit.co.za with your order number and reason for return.

  • We’ll provide you with return instructions and details.

Exchanges:

  • If you’d like to exchange for another size or product, please reach out to us at support@elevit.co.za.

  • Exchanges are processed based on availability.

Inspection & Approval:

  • Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected.

  • We’ll notify you via email whether your refund is approved.

Refund Method:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
